Astuto Technologies Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality software along with the best technical, sales, and information support services. To ensure that our software products meet your needs, free trial/demo versions are available for download from our websites. Comprehensive product and service information is also provided. Additionally, you can contact our Sales or Customer Service representatives to assist you in making the right decision.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur due to the nature of our products. Therefore, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing our software to avoid any dissatisfaction.
Since our products are intangible and irrevocable (digital software), we offer a 14-Day Honor-Based Money-Back Guarantee. Honor-based means we will gladly refund your purchase if:
- The product is malfunctioning (i.e., it doesn’t function according to the features declared on the product’s homepage or other official product documents) on the client’s computer/mobile device.
- We receive assistance from the customer in identifying the details of the problem.
- We fail to address the issue within a reasonable amount of time.
The refund will be issued in full without any additional compensations or reimbursements. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive a replacement product of the same or similar value.
Product Return Procedure:
Requests for refunds must be:
1. Made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
2. Sent via email to our Customer Service Team.
3. Contain the order reference number and detailed, grounded reasons for the refund request.
Upon sending a refund request, please allow our Customer Service Team up to one (1) business day to respond. Expect an email from support@astutotechnologies.com. Be ready to provide our support agents with additional information and follow their recommendations.
If a refund is approved, it might take up to one (1) business day to process. The refund will be issued in the same form of currency used for the purchase. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. For check and money order purchases, a check will be sent.
If you ordered a Boxed CD or USB version, return it with all original packaging and contents to the sender’s address on the envelope. If you ordered an electronic version only, destroy all copies of the license.
Cases Ineligible for a Refund Include:
- The client refuses to follow the instructions of the Astuto Technologies Customer Service Team or doesn’t provide the requested assistance.
- There is a fix or a workaround to the issue reported as a reason for the refund.
- The software was purchased by mistake or on the assumption that it performs functions it is not intended to do.
- There is a functional peculiarity mentioned in the user guide or on the product’s webpage.
- The client purchased the software for an OS different from their own (in this case, we can change the license for the correct one, if possible).
- The client did not read the license description and purchased a license type that does not meet their needs.
- The bug reported was fixed in a newer version, but the client refuses to upgrade.
- The problem is caused by the client’s system or network settings or by a third-party application or device.
- The client changed their mind and no longer wants the product for non-technical reasons.
- The software purchased was lost, stolen, damaged, or traded.
- The software was ordered as part of a time-limited promotion.
- The client purchased or downloaded another software that they believe meets their needs better.
- The client purchased the software from a third party not related to Astuto Technologies. If you are unsure, contact sales@astutotechnologies.com before purchasing.
- A refund is requested due to an issue that could have been tested with the free trial/demo version, as the software is delivered to the licensee “as is”.
